- Analyzed $200 million in cost overruns in labor and materials submitted by subcontractors in the refit of bridge. Evaluated unit cost compliance with subcontractor agreements and standard cost allocations. Examined overhead charges for propriety.
- Analyzed potential damages due to construction defects sustained by an owner of specialty warehouses including increased costs of operations during the period to cure the defects.
- Prepared a rebuttal report regarding claimed losses in the construction of a segment of highway and the projected future benefits of a concessionaire agreement.
